Welcome to 71php. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 71php Online Gaming Corporation ("71php", "we", "us", "our"), a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, operating under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

By accessing the 71php website at https://71php.cam, creating a player account, making deposits, placing wagers, or otherwise using any of our online casino services including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, bingo, and sports betting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You are not using VPN services, proxy servers, or any other technology to mask your true location.

71php employs geolocation technology to verify the physical location of all users. Any attempt to circumvent these location verification systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this binding Agreement under Philippine law. You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, court order, or contractual obligation. You are not self-excluded from gambling activities under any responsible gaming program operated by 71php or any other licensed gambling operator in the Philippines.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To participate in real-money gaming on 71php, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.

Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 71php. The creation or use of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 71php reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and forfeit all funds in such accounts.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements under Republic Act No. 9160 as amended, 71php is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or Postal ID);
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence);
• Additional documentation as reasonably requested by 71php to verify the source of funds or comply with regulatory obligations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of registration or upon request may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges. All deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 71php login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Immediately notify 71php if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

71php accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), 7-Eleven cash-in via CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 71php account instantly. Bank transfers typically process within 5 to 30 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time), though delays may occur outside of these hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and typically process within 15 to 60 minutes depending on network congestion.

4.3 Deposit Fees

71php does not charge fees on deposits made via GCash, Maya, or direct bank transfer. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond 71php's control. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to blockchain network fees, which are deducted from the deposited amount before it is credited to your account.

4.4 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your 71php account are derived from legitimate sources and do not constitute proceeds of criminal activity. 71php reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time, particularly for deposits exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000.00) or when irregular deposit patterns are detected. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account suspension and return of funds.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals from your 71php account can be processed to GCash, Maya, Philippine bank accounts, or cryptocurrency wallets (USDT TRC20). The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

71php guarantees same-day withdrawal processing for verified accounts with balances under One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱100,000.00). GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers process within 2 to 4 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 1 to 3 hours, subject to blockchain network confirmation times. Withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000.00 may require additional verification and processing time of up to 48 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Your account has completed full KYC verification;
• You have wagered at least 100% of your total deposited amount (anti-money laundering requirement);
• All bonus wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been forfeited;
• Your account has no pending disputes, investigations, or compliance holds;
• You have not violated any terms of this Agreement.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

71php does not charge fees on the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month are subject to a processing fee of One Percent (1%) of the withdrawal amount, with a minimum fee of Twenty Philippine Pesos (₱20.00). Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain network fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

71php offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration periods. These specific terms are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered and must be accepted before claiming the bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in total wagers before associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other attempt to exploit bonus terms, is strictly prohibited. 71php reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Rules

All games offered on the 71php platform are governed by their specific rules, payout tables, and terms as displayed within each game. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, the decision of 71php, informed by game provider records and PAGCOR regulations, shall be final.

7.2 Random Number Generation and Fairness

All slot games and electronic table games on 71php use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been tested and approved by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted in real-time from licensed gaming studios with professional dealers and multiple camera angles. Game outcomes are determined by chance and cannot be manipulated by 71php or any player.

7.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical glitch, all affected wagers and payouts are void. If your account is incorrectly credited due to a technical error, you must notify 71php immediately. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 71php platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account with 71php;
• Fraud and Identity Theft: Using false identification, stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your identity;
• Money Laundering: Using 71php to launder proceeds of criminal activity or engaging in suspicious transaction patterns;
• Collusion and Cheating: Colluding with other players, using automated betting software or bots, or employing any form of cheating or unfair advantage;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions contrary to their intended purpose;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after deposits have been wagered;

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Suspension by 71php

71php reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, fail to complete KYC verification, or if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct. Upon suspension or termination, any pending wagers will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining balance (excluding any bonus funds or winnings derived from violations) will be returned to you within thirty (30) days, subject to completion of any required investigations.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to stop gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, and you will not be able to deposit, wager, or access your account. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through customer support and take effect within 24 hours.

9.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and subject to completion of wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method within seven (7) business days.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 71php platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of 71php or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the 71php platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the 71php platform without express written permission from 71php. The 71php name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 71php Online Gaming Corporation and may not be used without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.1 No Warranty

The 71php platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 71php does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 71php shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if 71php has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall 71php's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 71php, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your use of the 71php platform.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the 71php platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12.2 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding the 71php platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email. We will investigate your complaint and respond within seven (7) business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Customer Assistance Division in accordance with their complaint procedures.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedure or through PAGCOR may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

71php reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 71php platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If any change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on the platform. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
